Option A (Instant)

In-App Instant Account Deletion

The fastest way to purge all records is directly inside the VoiceDiary mobile application:

  1. Open the VoiceDiary app on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings icon ⚙️ in the top bar.
  3. Select Account & Cloud Sync.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your decision. All Firebase Authentication credentials, Cloud Firestore journal documents, and audio recordings stored in Firebase Storage will be permanently and irreversibly purged immediately.

Option B (Web Request)

Web Data Deletion Form

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, submit a request below. Our automated queue will purge all Firebase records linked to your email address within 7 business days.
